What's actually working.
Two clinics. Two kids. One brand. This is the real day behind the systems, not a highlight reel. Updated as things change.

The real day
THIS IS WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON
I've personally run leadership transitions at our clinics: a new Clinic Director coming in, the outgoing director finishing out, a planned overlap so nothing drops in the handoff. We review the numbers and the real feedback, both directions, every single week, transition or not.
I am also a mom of two, ages 16 and 9, who has taken on a home renovation and a short-term rental renovation at the same time.
I did not build the systems on this page to post about productivity. I built them because there is no version of running two six-figure IV clinics, an operations consulting firm, and raising two kids where I get to be sloppy with my time.

The stack behind the real day
Three tools. That's it.
I tried dozens of AI tools while running two six-figure IV clinics and building an operations consulting firm. These three do 95% of everything. Master these before adding anything else.

Why the real day, not the highlight reel
An Instagram account built on the real, unscripted version of running two clinics and a brand grew from about 106 followers to over 1,500 in three months, no ads. One post, filmed the same way as every other day, reached 593,250 views with a 19.8% engagement rate.
People do not follow the highlight reel. They follow the real one.
This page is updated as I learn, try, and cut things. Nothing here is sponsored. Nothing here is theoretical. If I stop using it, I remove it.
