I did not learn business from a slide deck.

I spent more than a decade learning how businesses grow from the inside: knocking on doors, leading sales, building teams, co-founding a company, and eventually exiting it.

Then I co-owned two clinics and found myself back in the middle of every decision. I've closed deals with a newborn in my lap, run payroll from a school parking lot, and managed leadership handoffs while the rest of the business kept moving.

AI changed the speed, but the real breakthrough was operational. I stopped asking it for clever answers and started building systems that could hold context, repeat decisions, and carry real work. That is the difference I teach now.

My kids, Kiyah and Dexter, are watching every move. Everything I build is also proof to them that you can author what comes next.
